GREEN TARA

Green Tara is the Buddha of Enlightened Activity. According to Buddhist philosophy there are 21 Tara emanations, each one with different colours and specific characteristics. Tara means "the one who saves." Her compassion for living beings and her desire to save them from suffering is said to be even stronger than the love of a mother for her children.

Symbolism of Tara:

Tara is dynamic ― this is why she has her right foot already stepping outside of padmasana (the cross legged position), ready to move and help any suffering being; the two eyes of the deity represent insight and skillful means; the two arms and legs are the four immeasurables that are part of the training in Bodhichita of aspiration: loving kindness, joy, compassion and impartiality. The face represents the single sphere of dharmakaya.

Yoga Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow means moving the body at the rhythm of breathing, postures follow one another smoothly, like a dance of asanas.

It is a dynamic style of yoga that combines cardio-vascular exercise, strength and flexibility. Its practice produces dopamine ―a happiness hormone ― one is always happier after class! The mind becomes clearer, present and peaceful, the body becomes more toned and elongated.

In the practice of Vinyasa Flow every movement becomes a conscious and joyful perception of our life.
